Please find attached circular from Department of Industries, Energy & Labour Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai,Maharashtra in which it has mentioned about general exemption from Section 18 of the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act, 1948 to Shops for keeping open all shops registered under aforementioned Act for 365 days for the period of 1 year w.e.f. 17.03.2015.
But please also read other directives which mentioned in page number 4 and 5 of said circular (english version) and need to comply same while using said exemption.
