Dear All, Please find below Gazette Notification dated 28 th  December 2016 shared by  Ministry of Law and Justice  regarding amendment in Payment of Wages Act 1936 as “ The Payment Of Wages (Amendment) Ordinance 2016” Said notification states about directions to Industrial, other establishment as to pay to every person employed in such Industrial, other establishment, the wages / salary only by cheque or by crediting the wages in his bank account.
