Circular issued by the Deputy Secretary of Karnataka Labour department regarding Coronavirus
Dear All, As per the State Government issued Circular any Coronavirus affected employees are required to be extended with 28 days of leave with wages. If they are covered under ESIC, the person should visit nearby ESI dispensary / hospital to obtain the medical certificate. 28 days of paid leave to be extended in addition to the Sick leave of 12 days as specified under the Karnataka Shops & Establishment Act.
