Dear All, This time, I am sharing information about Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India and International Workers. To begin with, an Indian employee qualifying as International Worker (IW), working in a foreign country is exempted from contributing towards social security schemes in such foreign country, if he satisfies the following two conditions: ü   India has Social Security Agreement (SSA) with such foreign country; and ü   if the IW obtains a Certificate of Coverage (CoC) from the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
