EPFO circular dated 19 August 2015 - Mandatory Deposit of Contributions through Internet Banking

Dear All,

Please find below circular from EPFO dated 19 August 2015 related to “Mandatory Deposit of Contributions through Internet Banking" which also states that Central Provident Fund Commissioner has allowed employers who remit contributions of less than Rs. 1 lac in particular month to make such payments through bank's drafts, banker's cheque or cheques upto December 2015. Thereafter, it shall be mandatory from 1st January 2016 for all employers to make payments electronically through internet banking.
